mon Chari boudoir co was established in 2010

Hey y’all, I’m Shelby Chari. The hype woman behind the camera cheering you on and actin’ a fool during your shoot. Mon Chari Boudoir comes from the French term, Mon Cheri - meaning My Darling with a twist from my middle name, Chari.

 I started photography over a decade ago and fell truly madly deeply in love with boudoir. If you’re anything like me, self love is HARD. But I fell in love with showing other humans the parts of them that make them beautiful and vulnerable and wonderful.

 I truly believe seeing yourself through someone else’s eyes can change that perspective. I’m not saying you’re going to look in the mirror every single day of the rest of your life and love every little bit, but over time.. you will grow to love yourself more and more. 

Self love takes dedication and hard work. It starts by throwing all those negative thoughts out the window, and talking to yourself like someone you love. 

We specialize in creating one of a kind artwork that will serve as a reminder of your beauty and strength for the rest of your life. 

I am joined in the studio by my partner in crime, Also fabulously named Shelby, who specializes in enhancing your natural beauty and getting you camera ready.

Our boudoir session experience begins at $500 and includes a pre-shoot consultation, wardrobe prep and styling advice, access to our extensive Client Wardrobe with sizes XXS-6x, professional hair and makeup, a 1-hour Portrait Session and guidance through poses that work best for you.
